Souqa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a messaging-based marketplace platform that allows users to list and manage products via WhatsApp. By using our website, app, or chatbot, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use Souqa.

2. Who Can Use Souqa

To use Souqa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product details and prices)
• Only list items you are legally allowed to sell

3. How Souqa Works

• You send your product details (name, price, description, and image) to Souqa via WhatsApp.
• Our AI bot creates a product listing that is published on marketplace.souqa
  and in the Souqa mobile app.
• Buyers can browse listings and contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp.
• Souqa does not facilitate payments, delivery, or returns — these are handled between buyer and seller.

4. User Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

• Only post truthful and accurate product information
• Clearly state if your product is for delivery, pickup, or both
• Honor your listed prices and availability
• Respond to buyer inquiries respectfully and promptly
• Avoid posting illegal, prohibited, or offensive content
• Souqa reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without notice.

5. Marketplace Rules

You may not:

• List counterfeit goods, stolen items, or prohibited substances
• Use Souqa for spam, fraud, or harassment
• Impersonate someone else
• Exploit or harm other users

6. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content (photos, text) you submit. By sending it to Souqa, you grant us permission to:
• Display it publicly on our platform
• Modify and enhance it for listing quality
• Use it for marketing, promotional, or platform improvement purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

Souqa provides a platform only. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or delivery of products listed by sellers
• Losses or damages from buyer-seller interactions
• Failed transactions or misunderstandings between users
• Use Souqa at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or listing that violates these terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the platform evolves. If major changes occur, we’ll notify users via WhatsApp or email.
